Rates

My current self-pay rates are as follows:

• $200 for the intake appointment (includes one complementary 15-minute 3rd party consultation)
• $175 for subsequent 60-minute appointments
• $150 for subsequent 45-minute appointments
• $125 for subsequent 30-minute appointments
• $150/hr for consultations with 3rd parties (prorated based on time spent)

Payments can be made via MC/VISA/Amex/Discover or Health Savings and Flex Spending account cards (HSA/FSA)

These rates are subject to change. For existing clients, I will provide a minimum 30-day written notice of this change.
